It's easy to get your autographed memorabilia PSA/DNA Authenticated. Simply follow the Five Submission Steps below:
Step 1: Autograph Confirmation
Confirm that your autograph(s) is/are listed on the PSA/DNA Authentication Fee Schedule. If your autograph is not listed, please call to verify.
Step 2: Complete Submission Form
Complete and print the PSA/DNA Online Submission Form.
Step 3: Print Submission Form
Fully complete all requested fields on the submission form. Use one copy for your submission and retain one copy for your records.
Step 4: Packing Your Submission
Place your collectible in a box large enough to prevent content shifting and damage. Use bubble wrap to protect the item from movement and foam pellets to secure the item safely inside. Include a copy of your submission form and payment for the service. Seal the outside package with durable post office accepted tape. Finally, shake the box to ensure that the item is safely secured inside box.
Step 5: Shipping to PSA/DNA
We accept packages from United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). We do not accept packages sent through United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, or any other carrier.

CARD GRADING
If you would like to submit your autographed sportscard for grading once it has been PSA/DNA authenticated, please enclose a PSA submission form. If the autograph is deemed non-authentic, the submission will be returned to you and the sportscard is not eligible for grading.
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED
PSA/DNA cannot authenticate all items due to handling and space limitations. The following submissions are not accepted:
Framed Items - All items must be removed from the frame before submission to PSA/DNA.
Heavy Items - Items that weigh over 30 lbs. are not accepted.
Large Items - Items such as large trophies, plaques, pictures, guitars, and odd shaped items may be accepted. You are required to call our office to confirm acceptance before any submission.
ITEMS IN HOLDERS OR SHRINKWRAP
Holders or shrink-wrap on items will be removed for examination from our experts. Upon completion of the authentication process, your item will be placed in its original holder. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to wrap items again. However, in the event that the item does not have a holder, PSA/DNA will provide a protective Plexiglass holder for you at no additional charge. This feature is available for baseballs, cuts, and photographs (3x5, 5x7, 8x10).
